Andrea Guerra

Andrea Guerra is an Italian-qualified corporate, M&A, commercial and capital markets lawyer with more than 20-year experience in leading Italian and international law firms. After graduating in 1995 from the Università degli Studi di Milano, Faculty of Law, in 1998 he was admitted to the Milan Bar Association and in 2000 he obtained an LL.M. degree in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University Law Center, in Washington, DC. He is expert in drafting and negotiating, for primary industrial companies, of the main commercial and corporate documentation as well as main deeds related to proceedings before the judicial authority and arbitrations. He also acted as general counsel for Italian companies listed on regulated stock exchanges, dealing with compliance issues, handling the duties of the relevant corporate bodies and liaising on a regular basis with the competent regulatory authorities. He is fluent in English.
